The inspiration behind PowerTRONEX X1 stemmed from the need to simplify the charging process. The designers observed that users typically require a power bank, a cable, and a charger, leading to the integration of these components into one product. The light strip design, inspired by the charging process, represents the constant change and conversion between charging and discharging states, ensuring harmony within the system.
What sets PowerTRONEX X1 apart is its innovative indicator design. The light strip, activated by a touch sensor, shows the electricity status: red for dissipating power and blue for available power. This unique feature not only makes the product stand out in the market but also adds a touch of beauty to the charging process. A small light at the bottom, activated by a Hall Sensor, lights up when the plug is rotated, providing convenience in the dark.
The PowerTRONEX X1 is crafted with a fireproof PC shell, providing safety and a comfortable touch. The oval shape enhances the anti-drop performance, making it a practical choice for users. The product, measuring 70*80*35 mm, is compatible with PD/QC 3.0/QC2.0 and has an output of 18W.
The design process, which started in April 2017 and concluded in May 2019 in Shanghai, was not without challenges. The integration of all components into an appropriately sized power bank required meticulous planning and cooperation between designers and engineers. The team also had to devise a way to achieve the gradual color-changing effect of the power indicator and ensure the bottom light's effective activation by the Hall Sensor.
PowerTRONEX X1 is a testament to the designers' commitment to innovation and user convenience. It is a shining example of how design can transform everyday objects into functional works of art. The PowerTRONEX X1 is not just a power bank; it's a revolution in power bank design.
